Built from frustration with a market that had failed the mid-market.
In 2025, the AI consulting market split into two camps that served no one particularly well. On one side: enterprise agencies billing six figures for implementation projects that frequently ran over time, over budget, and underdelivered on their core promise. On the other: a growing market of freelancers and generalist tools that offered AI outputs without strategy, accountability, or transferable knowledge.
The companies caught in the middle, the $500K to $5M businesses that form the backbone of every economy, were paralyzed. They heard the AI imperative everywhere. They watched competitors move. They couldn't afford to get it wrong, and nobody was offering them a way to find out if they were getting it right before the money was spent.
Perceptrus was built to close that gap. Not with a new software platform, not with a subscription tool, and not with another agency model. With a methodology that puts proof before commitment and leaves every client with IP they own, not a vendor they depend on.
