Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways:

  1. Directly from you: Details provided via contact forms or when booking an audit (e.g. name, email, phone number, and company).
  2. Automatically: Through cookies and tracking technologies (e.g., IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to improve our website experience.

04

Identifying Purposes (Why we collect data)

We collect information in two ways:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
  • Analyze website performance and user behavior.
  • Send marketing communications (only if you have opted in).
  • For AI PoC and Playbook Clients: We process data provided during a Proof of Concept strictly to validate AI feasibility. Note: Detailed data handling for PoCs is governed by a separate Service Agreement.

05

Consent

By using our website or submitting your information, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described here. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Privacy Officer, though this may limit our ability to serve you.

06

Limiting Collection, Use, and Retention

We collect information in two ways:

  • Collection: We only collect what is necessary for the purposes identified.
  • Use: We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
  • Retention: We keep your information only as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose or as required by law.[6][10][11] Once no longer needed, data is securely destroyed or anonymized.

07

AI Data Processing & Safeguards

As an AI-focused service provider, we take extra precautions:

  • Data Minimization: We encourage clients to provide anonymized or "dummy" data for PoCs whenever possible.
  • No Training on Client Data: We do not use your proprietary or personal data to train public AI models (e.g., public versions of ChatGPT).
  • Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.
  • Access Control: Only authorized personnel involved in your PoC have access to your data.

08

Disclosure to Third Parties

We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g., website hosting, AI infrastructure providers like Microsoft Azure or AWS). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes. Some providers may store data outside of Canada (e.g., in the United States), where it may be subject to local laws.

09

Accuracy and Individual Access

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and request corrections if it is inaccurate. To make a request, contact our Privacy Officer. We will respond within 30 days.

10

If you have concerns about our privacy practices, please contact us directly. If we cannot resolve your concern, you have the right to contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
